Noelle Phillips, LICSW, PMH-C
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
Perinatal Mental Health Certified

Noelle is a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience in mental health. She knew early on in life that she wanted to go into a helping field, after watching both her mother and father work at the Club for Boys in Rapid City, SD. Noelle has worked in many different roles over the past 25 years. Her first position included working in a psychiatric hospital setting, first here in Omaha and then, in Rapid City, SD. Her roles included working as a unit social worker, needs assessment coordinator and outpatient therapist. Later in her career, Noelle and her family moved to Virginia for 9 years, where she worked for a Community Service board and provided school based services. She came full circle and found her way back to Nebraska in 2019, and began working as an outpatient therapist at CHI. Noelle is thrilled to continue carrying out her passion of helping others and enriching lives through what has been a dream for many years of being in private practice at Integrative Psychiatry.

Noelle utilizes CBT, DBT and solution based therapy as staples in her therapeutic work. She is EMDR trained and incorporates trauma informed care when clinically indicated. Noelle is mindful of the courage it takes to initiate therapy and considers it a privilege to hear each individual’s story. Noelle takes a collaborative approach in working with her clients and develops a plan that best meets their individual needs and goals for therapy. She has special interests in women’s perinatal care, PTSD, trauma, depression and anxiety disorders, geriatric clients and young adults in transition.
