Meghan Luebbert

Meghan is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) specializing in the adult population (18+) and is certified in perinatal psychiatry. As a PMHNP, Meghan is able to perform psychiatric evaluations, provide brief supportive therapy, diagnose mental health condition(s) and prescribe medication(s). Meghan treats a wide variety of mental health conditions including: mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, substance use disorders and attention disorders. 

Meghan earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She then attended Creighton’s College of Nursing Accelerated Nursing Program and earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. With ongoing interest in mental health, she attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and graduated with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP). Meghan specialized in psychiatry and became a board certified mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC).  Meghan has continued her education and is currently certified through Postpartum Support International in perinatal mental health (PMH-C).

Meghan not only has a wealth of knowledge within the psychiatric field, but has a substantial amount of experience as well. Meghan has worked over ten years in the mental health field, starting as a child/adolescent behavioral health technician at Immanuel Hospital. She then transitioned to working as a psychiatric nurse and gained experience working in the inpatient unit at Lasting Hope Recovery Center and Nebraska Medicine. She also has experience working in a residential substance use program at Inroads to Recovery. After graduating with her DNP and becoming a PMHNP-BC, she started working in an outpatient psychiatric clinic for CHI and continued to work on an inpatient basis at Lasting Hope Recovery Center. 

Meghan has a strong interest in maternal mental health and has a passion for working with new families in building a strong foundation by treating mental health with therapy and medication management. Her overall goal as a provider at Integrative Psychiatry, is to invite you into a warm and welcoming atmosphere to share your personal story. Using evidence based approaches, Meghan is willing to work with you to recover and be well- mind, body and spirit.
