Matt Jackson

Matt was born and raised in Omaha, NE where he graduated from Creighton Prep High School.  Upon graduation, he attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln, where he received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice.  At that time, Matt also discovered his passion in nutrition coaching and became the owner of his own nutrition consulting company that focused on helping people navigate their nutrition and overall fitness goals.  Due to his area of expertise, Matt quickly realized that there was a lack of services for clients with mental health concerns pertaining to body image and every day eating habits; therefore, in 2019, he pursued his masters degree at Grand Canyon University.  Matt recently graduated with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and continues to have a passion for the overall physical health of his clients, while also focusing on the mental and spiritual health of each individual.

Currently, Matt also serves as part of the pastoral staff at Love Church in Elkhorn, NE.  Over the past several years, he has played a vital role as the Executive Director of 180 Omaha, which is a Christ-centered discipleship program for men struggling with addiction.  Matt continues to stay actively involved in the church and sees great value in providing spiritual, physical and mental health guidance for all his clients.

Matt and his wife, April have been married since 2003 and have two beautiful daughters.
